Home cooks and Netflix obsessives alike will be all over these tickets to Samin Nosrat at Denver’s Paramount Theatre in October.
The cookbook author and host of the Netflix series “Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat” comes to town on Oct. 6. She’s touring ahead of her next book release: “What to Cook.”
Nosrat published the bestselling cookbook “Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat” in 2017, and last year, hosted its corresponding Netflix series, winning the James Beard Award for television program (on location) this spring.
Prior to becoming an award-winning author and host, she was studying English at the University of California Berkeley. She learned to cook at Chez Panisse and Eccolo in Berkeley, as well as with chefs Benedetta Vitali and Dario Cecchini in Italy. Now she contributes regularly to The New York Times Magazine.
Tickets to the event ($29.50-$64) go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, both online at paramountdenver.com and over the phone at 866-461-6556.
